Young People's Home Group (16 - 21)

The Young People's Home Group, headed up by Debs Walker, meets every week for times of fellowship, worship, prayer, teaching and fun including regular trips to the beach, Alton Towers, North Wales etc!  The group is designed to be a place where young people can feel comfortable to explore God and learn how to use their God-given gifts in order to grow into the men and women of God that He intended.  The group also provides a safe haven during the vacations for members who spend the termtime studying away from home at various Universities and Colleges.

 

The Young People's Home Group recently led a very successful Youth Alpha to which the SPARX group members brought friends.

 

Many of the Young People are actively involved in the church Worship, PA and Drama Teams, and all actively seek to share their faith with friends, fellow students and colleagues.

 

There is also an encouraging move of prayer amongst the young people with groups meeting together to pray and seek God at various different times.
