A Polished Arrow
Information
Isaih 49:2: "He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of His hand He hid me; He made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in His quiver."
The process of forming and polishing an arrow is likened to what the Lord is doing in and with us.
The potential of the arrow lies in the craftsman's ability to transform a reed into an arrow.
Our potential lies in the Lord's ability to transform us into His vessels of honour.
