Sparx (High School, ages 12 - 15)

The SPARX are a very enthusiastic group of youngsters, many of whom are radical in and excited about their faith.  This has resulted in an expansion in numbers particularly in the last year as they enthusiastically share their faith with their school and neighbourhood friends.

 

Currently they meet every Sunday during the second half of the morning service approximately 3 weeks out of every 4, otherwise remaining in the main service.  They also gather together midweek in different houses for fun, fellowship and discussion.

 

A good number of the SPARX members are active in church ministry in the Worship Team and Drama Team.

 

There is also an encouraging move of prayer amongst the older children in this group who are joining with the youth to pray and seek God at various different times.
